Job Description
**Job Title** Graduate Software Engineer **Role Summary** Support the development of telecom and cybersecurity software services in an Agile environment. Participate in design, coding, testing, and deployment of robust, scalable services using modern CI/CD pipelines and containerised infrastructure. **Expectations** - Graduate with a BSc (minimum 2.1) in Engineering, Computer Science or related field, or equivalent. - Strong problem‑solving, communication and teamwork abilities. - Willingness to learn new technologies and contribute to cross‑functional projects. - Ability to adapt to changing priorities and fast‑paced work. **Key Responsibilities** - Write, review, and maintain clean, well‑architected code for production services. - Participate in feature design, sprint planning, and code‑review sessions. - Use Agile practices and CI/CD tools within virtualised/Kubernetes environments. - Integrate AI/ML techniques and data‑analytics approaches into software solutions. - Support product documentation and technical writing as needed. - Collaborate with developers, QA engineers, and architects in scrum teams. **Required Skills** - Object‑oriented programming experience (C++ or Java). - Proficient in Python, multi‑threaded programming, Linux administration, and networking protocols. - Knowledge of Agile methodologies. - Understanding of mobile internet technologies (e.g., LTE, 5G, VPN). - Excellent written and verbal communication. - Time‑management and prioritisation skills. **Required Education & Certifications** - BSc or equivalent degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline (minimum 2.1 grade). - No specific professional certifications required.
