Job Description
Job Title: 2026 Summer STEM Intern Role Summary: An 11‑week summer internship for junior students in Architecture, Civil, Electrical, Structural, or Construction Engineering. Interns work on live projects, rotate through multiple departments, and use industry‑standard software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and Revit. Expactations: - Complete assigned project tasks with quality and timeliness. - Engage proactively in learning activities and contribute ideas. - Demonstrate integrity, service, excellence, innovation, and inclusion. - Build professional relationships and collaborate with cross‑functional teams. Key Responsibilities: - Support design, drafting, and documentation for ongoing projects. - Participate in site visits and job shadowing to observe field operations. - Rotate across departments (e.g., design, engineering, construction) to gain exposure. - Utilize AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Revit, and related CAD/ BIM tools. - Attend internal learning sessions and share insights with peers. - Report progress and insights to a supervising Project Designer, Engineer, or Manager. Required Skills: - Strong written and verbal communication. - Basic problem‑solving and analytical skills. - Team player who collaborates effectively with colleagues and supervisors. - Quick learner, eager to apply academic knowledge to real‑world projects. - Familiarity with CAD/BIM software (AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Revit) preferred.
