**Job Title** Executive Assistant to the Founders **Role Summary** Provide high‑level executive support to company founders, managing complex calendars, communications, and strategic initiatives while maintaining confidentiality and operational efficiency in a fast‑moving environment. **Expectations** - Deliver precision and speed in all tasks. - Exercise outstanding judgment, discretion and professional presence. - Work onsite four days per week. - Sign and uphold a strict Confidentiality Agreement (NDA). **Key Responsibilities** 1. **Executive Calendar & Priorities** – manage intricate schedules, arrange meetings, and prioritize daily tasks. 2. **Email & Communication Management** – triage, compose responses, and forward messages on behalf of founders. 3. **Meeting Support** – prepare briefs, agendas, minutes, and action logs; track deliverables. 4. **Strategic Initiative Tracking** – monitor progress of high‑level projects and ensure deadlines are met. 5. **Administrative Operations** – handle correspondence, clerical work, and internal workflow coordination. 6. **Finance & Time Tracking** – assist with accounts receivable/payable and internal time‑sheet processing. 7. **Document & File Management** – maintain confidential executive files and workflow documentation. 8. **Office & Vendor Coordination** – oversee office supplies, equipment, procurement, and vendor contract renewals. 9. **Travel & Event Planning** – arrange domestic/international itineraries and support company event logistics. 10. **HR & People Operations Support** – facilitate onboarding, interview scheduling, HR documentation, and benefits administration. **Required Skills** - Minimum 3 years supporting senior executives or founders. - Excellent organization, prioritization, and multitasking abilities. - Strong written and verbal communication; high discretion. - Proficiency with Microsoft Office; familiarity with HRIS and accounting systems a plus. - Ability to manage urgent, high‑volume priorities with accuracy. - Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills at all levels. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree preferred (no mandatory certification required). ---
