Job Description

Job title: Fullstack Software Engineer Role Summary: Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end solutions that enable developers and enterprises to interact with advanced document intelligence models. Balance backend API work, frontend UI construction, performance optimization, and community engagement to deliver a seamless developer experience. Expectations: - Own product features from conception to production, ensuring quality and scalability. - Collaborate directly with founders and senior engineers for rapid, high-impact releases. - Engage with external developers through GitHub, Discord, and customer POCs to gather feedback and iterate. Key Responsibilities: - Deploy and maintain APIs, open‑source libraries, and internal tooling that support OCR, extraction, and document‑understanding workflows. - Build intuitive, interactive UI components for complex parsing tasks, improving usability for non‑technical users. - Profile and optimize inference pipelines to increase throughput and reduce latency. - Participate in community discussions, debug reported issues, and prioritize enhancement requests. - Conduct customer demos, support proofs‑of‑concept, and offer implementation guidance. - Contribute to documentation, technical blogs, and demos that showcase product capabilities. Required Skills: - 5+ years of full‑stack engineering experience; strong backend (REST/GraphQL) and frontend (React, Vue, or similar) proficiency. - Proven track record of shipping production features used by thousands of active users. - Experience working in early‑stage startups; comfortable with rapid iteration and cross‑functional ownership. - Solid understanding of performance optimization, caching, and scalable distributed systems. - Familiarity with document processing technologies (OCR, NLP pipelines) is advantageous. - Comfortable with open‑source contribution, community moderation, and customer support. - Strong written and verbal communication; ability to produce clear technical documentation and demos. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience. - No mandatory certifications required.
