Job Description
Job title: Product Marketing Manager Role Summary: Owns the entire product lifecycle for RF, microwave, and mmWave solutions, translating market needs and technical capabilities into clear product specifications, positioning, and go‑to‑market strategies. Works closely with engineering, business development, and operations to ensure products meet customer requirements while achieving commercial objectives. Expectations: Deliver market‑driven product roadmaps, accurate datasheets, competitive analysis, pricing strategies, and professional customer support. Serve as the internal advocate for customer needs and provide cross‑functional teams with up‑to‑date product knowledge and training. Key Responsibilities: • Manage product portfolio from concept to end‑of‑life, ensuring alignment with market trends and business goals. • Create, maintain, and validate product documentation and datasheets for technical clarity and accuracy. • Collaborate with senior leadership to develop technology roadmaps reflecting customer feedback and market evolution. • Define and prioritize product requirements with engineering, commercial, and operations, converting insights into specifications. • Lead new product introductions, positioning, and launch activities across the market. • Conduct competitor and market analysis to guide strategic decisions. • Prepare business cases, pricing models, and go‑to‑market plans. • Support sales and business development with technical collateral, proposals, bids, and customer training. • Monitor product performance, identify improvement opportunities, and report results to stakeholders. Required Skills: • Proven product marketing experience in RF, microwave, satellite, or telecoms sectors. • Strong technical knowledge of RF/microwave/mmWave systems and components. • Commercial acumen and experience working with cross‑functional teams. • Excellent written and verbal communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills. • Ability to balance deep technical insight with commercial priorities. Required Education & Certifications: • Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Engineering, Physics, or a related technical discipline.
