Job Title: Marketing Executive Role Summary: Support and drive B2B fintech marketing across multiple specialist brands. Own day‑to‑day marketing execution under the Group CMO, ensuring brand consistency, compliance, and growth in a fast‑paced, regulated environment. Expectations: Deliver measurable marketing performance, nurture multi‑brand awareness, and collaborate cross‑functionally to align campaigns with sales objectives. Key Responsibilities: - Manage LinkedIn, X, Facebook, and Instagram content calendars; analyze results and report insights. - Plan and execute trade shows, conferences, and client events, coordinating logistics and post‑event follow‑up. - Produce, edit, and publish blogs, case studies, and thought‑leadership pieces. - Maintain website content (WordPress), ensuring accuracy and freshness. - Design and implement email campaigns in HubSpot; support workflow development and reporting. - Update and archive sales collateral (brochures, pitch decks, case studies) across all units. - Compile monthly performance dashboards covering social, web, and campaign metrics. Required Skills: - 2+ years B2B fintech or financial‑services marketing experience. - Strong copywriting with meticulous attention to detail. - Proficient in LinkedIn business usage and social media strategy. - CMS proficiency (WordPress) and familiarity with marketing automation tools (HubSpot or similar). - Design acumen and comfort with Canva, Figma, or Adobe suite. - Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. - Knowledge of compliance and brand tone in regulated contexts. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (or equivalent professional experience). - No mandatory certifications required, though HubSpot or similar platform training is advantageous.
