Job Title: District Sales Manager Role Summary: Lead and develop a district field sales management team, driving sales achievement, training, and performance accountability while ensuring compliance, safety, and budgetary goals. Expectations: - Deliver district sales targets and profit objectives. - Maintain high standards of coaching, performance reviews, and team culture. - Oversee cost management and report to corporate leadership. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Business or equivalent combination of education and work experience. - Minimum 3 years successful experience as a Territory Sales Manager. - Knowledge of Hillman products and related programs is required.
