Job Description
Job Title: Imaging Analyst Role Summary: Manage end‑to‑end ingestion, quality assurance, and remediation of client‑facing imaging assets. Convert external image sources to a standardized repository, identify gaps via data analysis, and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely, accurate updates. Expectations: Deliver accurate image updates within agreed service levels; identify and close discrepancies; propose and implement process improvements; maintain clear communication with teams and vendors; manage competing priorities and meet deadlines. Key Responsibilities: - Review and analyze incoming image files, convert formats, and ingest into the standardized repository. - Identify gaps or discrepancies in image inventories through report analysis and data set reviews. - Develop and execute remediation plans, track status, and close tickets end‑to‑end. - Coordinate with external vendors and internal teams to receive and deliver imaging assets in a timely manner. - Own problem resolution, ensuring timely customer impact resolution. - Iterate ingestion processes, propose and implement improvements to increase efficiency. - Maintain process documentation and serve as subject‑matter expert for imaging ingestion. Required Skills: - Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem‑solving abilities. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Advanced Excel proficiency; beginner SQL skills. - Detail‑oriented with strong organizational skills and ability to manage competing priorities. - Team‑player who thrives in a collaborative environment and is eager to drive efficiencies. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related field. - Minimum of 1 year of analyst or equivalent experience with similar responsibilities, including handling large datasets for issue remediation. - One year of title industry experience is preferred. - Certifications in data analysis or related domains are not required but may be beneficial.
