**Job Title:** Inside Sales Representative **Role Summary:** Execute inside sales responsibilities for a telecom operator, building and expanding a B2B client portfolio, maintaining existing relationships, negotiating offers, and ensuring high‑quality customer service to drive revenue growth. **Expectations:** • Proven inside‑sales or business development experience in B2B. • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship‑building skills. • Self‑motivated, autonomous, and able to manage multiple file concurrently. • Result‑oriented mindset, adaptable to a fast‑paced telecom environment. **Key Responsibilities:** - Prospect and acquire new B2B clients within assigned region. - Manage and track existing client portfolio with rigor and organization. - Negotiate commercial terms to meet or exceed sales targets. - Deliver responsive, high‑quality customer service, addressing inquiries promptly. - Utilize Microsoft Office and related commercial tools for administrative and sales activities. **Required Skills:** - B2B inside‑sales experience. - Advanced negotiation and closing skills. - Customer‑service focus and proactive problem solving. - Strong organizational and multi‑tasking ability. - Excellent verbal and written communication. - Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM or sales‑automation tools. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience. - Sales or telecom industry certifications (e.g., Certified Inside Sales Professional, ITIL, or similar) considered an advantage.
