Job Title: Systems Analyst Role Summary: Provide day‑to‑day operational support and analysis for access management, mobile device management, and mobile application solutions across a portfolio of 46 state, federal, and local health and human services systems. Assist with project‑driven enhancements, quality assurance, and knowledge management in a regulated environment. Expectations: Early‑career analyst (1–3 years) who is detail‑oriented, able to learn and apply role‑based security concepts, communicates effectively, and adheres to HIPAA, FERPA, CJIS, PREA compliance standards. Key Responsibilities: - Manage access requests and incidents for 46 enterprise and state/federal systems using ServiceNow. - Support MDM for iPads, iPhones, and MacBooks and contribute to mobile application design for 70+ HHS programs. - Document business processes with BPMN, perform SWOT, gap, and root‑cause analyses. - Develop and execute UAT test plans, ensuring functionality, security, and user experience. - Participate in device lifecycle replacement, telehealth rollout, and cloud/document management projects. - Maintain the team’s knowledge base in ServiceNow and mentor junior staff. Required Skills: - 1–3 years in systems analysis, IT support, or related junior technical role. - Strong understanding of business analysis, system requirements, and process documentation. - Proficiency with ServiceNow and experience in role‑based security/access management. - Familiarity with MDM platforms, mobile app design, and BPMN modeling. - Excellent communication, organization, and problem‑solving skills. - Awareness of regulated data environments (HIPAA, FERPA, CJIS, PREA). Job Title: Project Manager – Health & Human Services IT Solutions Role Summary: Lead medium‑ to large‑scale IT projects, translating business needs into actionable plans, managing scope, budget, and schedule, and ensuring successful delivery aligned with organizational goals. Expectations: Deliver projects on time, within scope and budget while driving process efficiency, technology adoption, and continuous improvement in a fast‑paced, multi‑program environment. Key Responsibilities - Own a portfolio of medium‑ and large‑scale projects, prioritizing work requests with business units. - Collaborate with SMEs to document current processes, research best practices, and recommend future‑state workflows. - Build relationships with technical stakeholders, vendors, and cross‑functional partners. - Define business requirements and ensure alignment with gaps and business needs. - Lead full project lifecycle: planning, execution, monitoring, budget management, and closure. - Produce deliverables: process flows, requirements documents, test plans/scrips, schedules. - Manage timelines, deliverables, and status reporting to internal and external teams. - Identify, analyze, and mitigate risks; manage conflicts and issues from identification to resolution. - Conduct weekly/bi‑weekly project meetings, document minutes and action items. - Facilitate lessons‑learned sessions and capture improvement opportunities. - Support change management, communication efforts, and quality reviews.
