Job Title: Salesforce Administrator Role Summary: Support, configure, and optimize the organization’s Salesforce environment to ensure high performance, data integrity, and user adoption across business units. Expectations: - 5–7 years of direct Salesforce implementation and administration experience. - Current Salesforce Administrator or Advanced Administrator certification. - Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills. Key Responsibilities: - Analyze business processes, collect requirements, and recommend platform enhancements. - Customize, configure, and maintain Salesforce objects, workflows, flows, and Process Builder. - Manage user accounts, roles, profiles, and permissions for secure access. - Import, export, cleanse, and maintain data integrity. - Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve system issues. - Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualizations. - Deliver training, support, and guidance to end users. - Document configurations, customizations, and best practices. - Collaborate with developers, administrators, and stakeholders on integrations and new releases. Required Skills: - Salesforce platform administration and customization. - Data modeling, data migration, and data management. - Automation tools (Flows, Process Builder, Workflows). - Documentation of business requirements and functional specifications. - Analytical and problem‑solving abilities. - Excellent communication skills.
