**Job Title** Software Engineer **Role Summary** Design, build, and ship end‑to‑end solutions across the full stack for identity governance. Own product areas from concept through production, making architectural decisions, validating with customers, and ensuring systems scale with enterprise growth. **Expectations** * Own critical product areas from concept to production. * Design scalable, secure systems that solve real customer problems. * Write code that other engineers rely on and establish patterns that improve team velocity. * Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and customers to shape solutions. * Think creatively, challenge assumptions, and thrive in ambiguous spaces. * Maintain a strong focus on thoughtful engineering over rushing tickets. **Key Responsibilities** 1. Architect and implement end‑to‑end features spanning frontend and backend. 2. Make architectural design choices that consider performance, scalability, and security. 3. Collaborate directly with security and engineering teams of Fortune 500s and startups to validate solutions. 4. Deliver production‑ready code and lead its integration into the product pipeline. 5. Establish reusable code patterns and best practices to improve engineering velocity. 6. Share knowledge, mentor peers, and influence organization‑wide engineering practices. **Required Skills** * Proficient in full‑stack development (frontend and backend). * Strong architectural design and system‑scaling experience. * Ability to work closely with customers and translate needs into technical solutions. * Creative, solution‑driven mindset; comfort with undefined problems and ambiguous specifications. * Solid coding practices, unit testing, code review etiquette. * Excellent communication and collaboration skills. * Passion or curiosity in IAM/security and identity governance is a plus. **Required Education & Certifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field **or** equivalent practical experience. * No mandatory certifications; familiarity with security/IAM concepts preferred.
