Mentor and inspire team members, fostering a forward‑thinking culture. **Required Skills** - 8+ years in public affairs consultancy with a focus on Digital Economy & Emerging Tech. - Deep expertise or strong interest in EU policies on cybersecurity, cloud, telecoms, semiconductors, quantum, AI, digital platforms, etc. - Extensive network across EU institutions and industry stakeholders. - Proven business‑development acumen and ability to convert insights into client opportunities. - Team‑leadership and client‑relationship management experience. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills; proactive in raising organisational visibility. - Fluent in English; additional EU language skills are an asset. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Public Policy, International Relations, Law, Economics, or a related field. - Relevant public affairs or policy certifications preferred (e.g., European Public Affairs Association, lobbying credentials).
