**Job title**: Marketing Manager **Role Summary**: Own regional marketing operations in support of seasonal brand strategy, including media planning, wholesale coop programs, and event execution. Manage budgets, coordinate with headquarters and cross‑functional teams, mentor interns, and deliver high‑impact campaigns that drive traffic and customer experience. **Expactations**: - Deliver measurable marketing results aligned with seasonality and brand goals. - Maintain budget control and accurate financial reporting. - Foster collaboration across media, wholesale, events, and CRM functions. - Drive process improvement and innovation within marketing activities. **Key Responsibilities**: - **Media**: Develop and maintain regional media plans; manage national media budget; ensure artwork and media deliverables meet seasonal strategy; coordinate sample requests and shoots. - **Wholesale & Coop**: Plan and execute coop advertising projects with wholesale teams; manage account sample requests, shipments, and invoicing. - **Events & Customer Experience**: Plan in‑store and brand events; oversee venue, décor, menu, programming, and attendee experience; manage vendor relationships, compliance, and post‑event KPI reporting. - **CRM Support**: Assist CRM specialist with reporting and omni‑channel development initiatives. - **Department Support**: Mentor interns and improve marketing processes. **Required Skills**: - 4+ years of marketing experience, with budget ownership. - Strong analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving skills. - Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel). - Excellent communication and relationship‑building abilities. - Ability to juggle multiple priorities under tight deadlines. - Flexibility to travel to Italy twice annually. - SAP experience is preferred. **Required Education & Certifications**: - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field. - No specific certifications required; familiarity with marketing analytics tools is a plus.
