About the Company

Twin Health combines advanced medical science and technology with a clinical care team to help people take control of conditions like type 2 diabetes, prediabetes, and obesity. Twin is a metabolic health benefit offered exclusively through employers or health plans. Our Digital Twin™ technology learns a member’s unique metabolism based on insights collected from smart devices, meal logs, and lab work. By seeing how their body responds to lifestyle choices, Twin can provide real-time, personalized recommendations on nutrition, activity, sleep, stress, and more. Our clinical care team then guides the member on a clear path toward their health goals, celebrating each win along the way. This leads to life-changing results: 73% of members eliminated medications (including injections) On average, members lost 14 pounds in 6 months 66% of members improved hypertension 81% of members improved cholesterol On average, members saw a 2.2 point drop in A1C We also help our partners deliver cost-effective, clinically validated solutions: - $8.4K annual savings per member with at least one high-cost medication - $3.2M projected pharmacy savings, annualized across all members with one or more high-cost medications - Twin is validated by the American Heart Association, American Diabetes Association, The Journal of the American College of Cardiology, and more Twin’s outcomes aren’t just clinical and cost-effective — they’re human. Members report feeling more energized, getting a better night’s sleep, and having the energy to play with their kids or grandkids a little longer. We’re proud to help people feel their best with the power of a healthy metabolism.
