Job Description: Job title: Senior Software Engineer – Remote Role Summary: Architect, develop, and maintain high‑volume web and mobile applications for veterinary practice management, ensuring security, performance, and usability. Expectations: Deliver production‑ready features, maintain comprehensive test coverage, optimize data access and performance, and collaborate effectively within a fully remote, cross‑functional team. Key Responsibilities: - Conceptualize, document, and ship new product enhancements. - Build and extend interactive React web applications and React Native mobile apps. - Create reusable UI components and improve existing component libraries. - Write unit and integration tests, maintaining high coverage. - Design data models and optimize PostgreSQL queries; work with Elasticsearch and Redis. - Implement RESTful API endpoints in Python/Django REST Framework. - Participate in code reviews, architectural discussions, and CI/CD pipelines. - Monitor production systems, troubleshoot issues, and work closely with product, design, and ops teams.
