Job Description
Job Title: Account Executive – Host Recruiting Role Summary Drive the acquisition and onboarding of new “Hosts” (small businesses, farms, wineries, breweries, distilleries, nonprofits, agritourism sites, etc.) to expand Harvest Hosts’ RV guest network. Own the full-cycle B2B sales process, manage a pipeline of prospects, and collaborate with marketing and success teams to optimize lead conversion. Expectations - Achieve monthly application and activation targets for new Host locations. - Maintain a 10‑15% travel schedule for trade shows, industry events, and on‑site host visits. - Deliver consistent outreach cadence with high contact and conversion rates. - Provide accurate pipeline reporting and data hygiene in HubSpot. Key Responsibilities - Prospect and qualify Host opportunities in target and emerging markets. - Educate prospects on value proposition and guide them through onboarding. - Use email, phone, text, and other channels to nurture MQLs into active Hosts. - Attend trade shows and events to represent Harvest Hosts and build strategic partnerships. - Conduct field days to engage existing Hosts, gather insights, and refine outreach messaging. - Maintain up‑to‑date lead and pipeline data in HubSpot CRM. - Collaborate with Host Marketing & Partnerships to develop recruiting resources (templates, case studies, one‑pagers). Required Skills - 3–5+ years of inside or field sales experience with proven success in B2B sales. - Strong command of CRM systems; HubSpot experience highly preferred. - Data‑driven, organized, and able to manage a full‑cycle sales process independently. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Ability to build relationships with diverse business stakeholders. Required Education & Certifications - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. - HubSpot Sales Certification (preferred, not mandatory).
