Job Title: Marketing Operations Manager
Role Summary: Own and optimize the end-to-end marketing technology stack (HubSpot, Qualified, HockeyStack, etc.) to accelerate lead acquisition, nurture, and pipeline growth for an Enterprise B2B SaaS organization. Lead cross‑functional collaboration among Marketing, Revenue Operations, and Sales to design scalable workflows, automate campaigns, and maintain data integrity.
Expectations: Deliver measurable growth in lead volume, quality, and conversion through process-driven automation, data governance, and campaign execution. Maintain high system performance, ensure seamless integration across GTM tools, and support rapid launch of new marketing programs. Demonstrate strategic insight while remaining hands‑on in technical configuration and troubleshooting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage, configure, and optimize core GTM platforms (HubSpot, Qualified, HockeyStack, & additional MarTech tools).
- Design, implement, and iterate marketing automation workflows, lead nurturing sequences, and drip campaigns for both prospect and customer segments.
- Oversee email marketing strategy: creation, deployment, A/B testing, personalization, and compliance with opt‑in/out and privacy regulations.
- Develop and maintain lead scoring models and segmentation criteria in collaboration with Marketing leadership.
- Ensure data hygiene, SOPs, and compliance across the marketing data ecosystem; enforce clean data practices and GDPR/CCPA adherence.
- Partner with Demand Generation, Customer Success, and Sales to align marketing initiatives with revenue objectives and campaign KPIs.
- Monitor campaign performance, generate reports, and recommend optimization actions to drive pipeline acceleration.
- Lead GTM stack integrations, troubleshoot issues, and champion best practices across the marketing technology landscape.
Required Skills:
- 5+ years of marketing operations experience in Enterprise B2B SaaS.
- Advanced proficiency with HubSpot Marketing & Sales Hub (configuration, workflow design, reporting).
- Experience with Qualified, HockeyStack or equivalent LTV/credits platforms.
- Strong analytical skills: data modeling, lead scoring, segmentation, and performance analysis.
- Expertise in email marketing best practices, deliverability, and compliance.
- Familiarity with marketing automation, CRO, A/B testing, and attribution modeling.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross‑functional collaboration.
- Project management mindset with the ability to execute initiatives from concept to launch.
Required Education & Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or related field.
- HubSpot Marketing Software Certification (or equivalent).
- HubSpot Operations & Marketing Automation Certifications highly preferred.
- Additional MarTech certifications (e.g., Salesforce, Marketo, Oracle Eloqua) are a plus.
