Job Description
**Job title** Customer Success Manager – Account Management **Role Summary** Owns post‑implementation success for a portfolio of SaaS customers, driving adoption, value realization, advocacy, and overall experience. Acts as the primary point of contact, coordinating cross‑functional efforts, monitoring account health, improving processes, and elevating customer satisfaction. **Expectations** - Deliver regular check‑ins (monthly, quarterly, annually) aligned with customer goals. - Maintain and update CRM and internal systems with accurate status reports. - Share customer insights, risks, and feedback with Product, Sales, and Customer Success teams to foster continuous improvement. - Lead post‑implementation playbook development and best‑practice creation. - Escalate and resolve complex customer queries, supporting the support channel when needed. - Conduct new customer implementations and onboarding to internalise product and requirements. **Key Responsibilities** - Plan and coordinate end‑to‑end post‑implementation tasks across the CS lifecycle. - Proactively monitor account health, document interactions, and take corrective actions. - Keep detailed records in CRM, ensuring data integrity and timely status updates. - Capture and communicate feedback loops to cross‑functional stakeholders. - Drive the evolution of support processes and playbooks. - Assist with support escalations, leading conversations to resolution. - Run onboarding for new customers, deepening product knowledge and customer needs. **Required Skills** - 3+ years in Customer Success, project management, or consulting, preferably SaaS. - Strong project management and multitasking capability. - Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem‑solving skills. - Proficiency with CRM and project management tools. - Ability to interpret complex software solutions and translate them into customer value. - Curiosity about customer workflows and a self‑directed, outcome‑driven mindset. - Experience in mining industry is an advantage (not required). **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (preferred). - No mandatory certifications, but familiarity with SaaS success frameworks and tools is beneficial.
