Job Description
**Job Title** Part‑time Sales Associate (10–20 hrs/week) **Role Summary** Assist sales and business development for a remote AI consulting practice. Conduct research on prospects, execute outreach campaigns, manage pipeline, and support creation of sales collateral. Contribute to Responsible AI and AI risk projects by translating regulatory research into client‑friendly language and providing product feedback. **Expectations** - Work 10–20 hours per week, UK hours. - Participate in outreach, content creation, and pipeline management. - Gain commercial exposure while advancing knowledge in Responsible AI, risk, and regulation. - Demonstrate proactive, organized approach in a small, fast‑moving team. **Key Responsibilities** - Research target clients and segments relevant to AI risk and regulation. - Execute outreach campaigns via email and LinkedIn; book meetings with senior stakeholders. - Support development and refinement of sales decks, one‑pagers, case studies, and product overviews. - Maintain and update CRM data; track leads, follow‑ups, and opportunities. - Summarize regulatory and standard research; translate technical concepts into clear client language. - Gather user feedback, conduct light testing, and contribute market research to evolve AI/Responsible AI product offerings. **Required Skills** - Strong written and verbal English communication. - Comfortable with outreach to senior professionals. - Proficiency in documentation, spreadsheets, and basic CRM tools. - Highly organized with proactive attitude. - Ability to translate technical or regulatory information into accessible terms. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in AI, Machine Learning, Data Science, Computer Science (AI/ML focus) or a closely related field. - 1–3 years of experience in a graduate role, internship, research, or early commercial role (preferred). ---
