Job title: People Data & Analytics Analyst Role Summary: Deliver data‑driven insights for People & Culture, designing dashboards, driving HRIS optimisation, and supporting reward analytics to enable strategic HR decision‑making globally. Expactations: - Produce accurate, timely analytics and visualisations for senior leadership. - Ensure data quality, integrity, and compliance with privacy regulations. - Collaborate with regional HR teams to translate insights into action. - Champion continuous improvement of People systems and processes. Key Responsibilities: - Design, build and maintain dashboards on workforce metrics, turnover, headcount and other key people KPIs. - Conduct predictive analytics for talent forecasting, retention risk and workforce planning. - Generate executive‑level reports, visualisations and presentations for board, investor and senior leadership reviews. - Perform regular data audits across all People systems to verify accuracy and integrity. - Act as data steward for HRIS platforms (Dayforce or equivalent), ensuring consistency and accessibility. - Identify automation opportunities and support system enhancements, integrations and implementations. - Document data structures, reporting methodologies and system processes. - Provide analytical support for compensation programs: performance reviews, bonus calculations, salary benchmark surveys, market analysis, financial modelling, gender pay gap reporting and statutory disclosures. - Support ESG and DEI initiatives through data collection, analysis and reporting. - Analyse employee engagement survey data to inform action planning. - Aid M&A integration activities with data migration and validation. - Partner with People & Culture partners to embed analytics into business processes and build analytical capability across the team. Required Skills: - Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with large datasets. - Advanced Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, complex formulas). - Proficiency in data visualisation tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar). - Experience with HRIS platforms, ideally Dayforce. - Deep understanding of HR metrics, processes, and employee lifecycle. - Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy. - High‑level communication skills to translate complex data for non‑technical audiences. - Working knowledge of GDPR and data privacy principles for employee data. - Desirable: Predictive analytics or HR forecasting models, SQL or Python, background in compensation analytics, ESG/DEI reporting frameworks.
