Job Description
**Job Title:** Operations Specialist **Role Summary:** Execute and oversee end‑to‑end order processing for multiple sales channels, ensuring accurate data entry, inventory integrity, and timely fulfillment. Act as liaison between sales, warehouse, logistics, and customer service to deliver a seamless customer experience. **Expectations:** - Maintain order accuracy rate ≥ 99%. - Achieve on‑time fulfillment > 95%. - Keep inventory variance < 1%. - Respond to customer inquiries within 24 hours. **Key Responsibilities:** - Enter and verify customer orders from wholesale, e‑commerce, and retail partner portals. - Validate pricing, SKUs, promotions, and shipping details. - Coordinate with warehouse and logistics for pickup, shipping, and delivery scheduling. - Communicate order status, shipment updates, and backorder information to customers and account managers. - Process order changes (cancellations, returns, exchanges) per company policy. - Support sales with order tracking, reporting, and account documentation. - Identify and resolve order discrepancies promptly. - Maintain digital records of all transactions and communications. - Monitor inventory levels at 3PL, perform cycle counts, and adjust inventory entries. - Recommend and implement process improvements for order entry and system efficiency. **Required Skills:** - Proficiency with MS Excel, Outlook, and order management/ERP systems (Sage, Netstock, Shopify, trueCommerce, Commerce Hub, Netsuite). - Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities. - Excellent written and verbal communication. - Ability to prioritize multiple deadlines in a dynamic environment. - Customer‑focused mindset and proactive problem‑solving. **Required Education & Certifications:** - High school diploma required; associate or bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field preferred. - 1–3 years of experience in order processing, sales operations, or customer service within consumer goods or e‑commerce.
