Job Description
**Job title** Paid Media Strategist (Apprenticeship) **Role Summary** Accountable for designing, launching, and optimizing paid media campaigns across Google, Meta, TikTok, and display networks for local and national clients. Supports senior Paid Media Strategists during training and progressively manages key client accounts independently. **Expectations** - Deliver campaigns that meet client objectives while maintaining high standards of data accuracy and compliance. - Demonstrate disciplined execution, analytical insight, and clear communication with clients and internal teams. - Continuously learn new platform features, industry trends, and regulatory requirements (GDPR, CNIL). **Key Responsibilities** - Conceptualise and set up Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and Display campaigns using proprietary tools. - Configure account settings: payment methods, resource sharing, and payment validation. - Implement optimisation recommendations and monitor campaign performance via dashboards. - Produce client‑specific reporting that reflects results against objectives. - Facilitate A/B tests and explore new features to refine targeting and creative. - Collaborate with Customer Success to resolve platform usage issues. - Co‑develop 360° acquisition strategies for Search, Social, and complementary channels (DOOH, TV, programmatic, affiliation). - Track and analyse performance metrics and adjust tactics accordingly. **Required Skills** - Proven experience managing Google Ads, Meta (FB/IG), TikTok, Pinterest, and Display campaigns. - Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and formulate actionable recommendations. - Excellent written and verbal communication; impeccable orthography. - Detail‑oriented, disciplined, and proactive in continuous learning. - Familiarity with data privacy laws and ability to incorporate compliance into campaign management. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field (equivalent practical experience accepted). - Relevant certifications (Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, TikTok Ads) preferred but not mandatory.
