Job Description: Job Title Onboarding Account Manager – Dutch Market (Google Ads) Role Summary Lead the end‑to‑end onboarding of Dutch‑speaking clients onto the Google Ads platform, build and optimize PPC campaigns, nurture client relationships, reduce churn, and drive upsell opportunities while consulting across the German market. Expectations * C2 proficiency in Dutch and strong English communication skills * BA/BS degree (MA/MSc preferred) * 2+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or account management * Proven ability to work independently and deliver measurable results * Deep understanding of the German market, culture, GDPR, and business practices * Experience managing complex stakeholder environments Key Responsibilities * Build, launch, and continually optimize strategic Google Ads campaigns for new clients * Conduct outbound calls and workshops to guide clients through the onboarding process * Analyze client goals and propose tailored PPC solutions that align with their objectives * Drive budget growth and identify upsell opportunities to increase product adoption * Maintain accurate, up‑to‑date CRM data for a high‑volume portfolio * Monitor campaign performance, analyze trends, and recommend expansion strategies Required Skills * Expertise in Google Ads and paid media strategy * Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills * Proficiency with CRM platforms and marketing technology stacks (including AI tools) * Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and complex projects simultaneously * In‑depth knowledge of GDPR, data protection, and compliance requirements Required Education & Certifications * Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred) * Google Ads certification (or equivalent paid media credential) is highly desirable.
