**Job title:** Data Entry & Verification Assistant **Role Summary:** Support the data quality program by reviewing system records, validating them against original online sources, and ensuring completeness and accuracy. Perform corrections, flag issues, and document notes to enable continuous improvement of internal data integrity. Work independently with flexible remote hours. **Expectations:** - Deliver consistent high‑accuracy data entry and verification across assigned records. - Maintain confidentiality and follow established data governance protocols. - Communicate findings clearly in written notes and flag problematic items timely. - Manage workload flexibly, reporting weekly availability (20–40 hrs). **Key Responsibilities:** - Review, validate, and update entries in internal databases. - Compare records to original online sources for accuracy. - Correct errors, add missing information, and ensure data consistency. - Flag ambiguous or unresolved items for team review. - Record concise notes on changes and rationale. - Participate in periodic quality‑control reviews. **Required Skills:** - Exceptional attention to detail; strong accuracy in repetitive tasks. - Excellent written English for clear documentation. - Proficient in spreadsheet and database tools (Excel, Google Sheets, etc.). - Ability to navigate online resources and verify information quickly. - Self‑directed, highly organized, and able to work independently. - Prior experience in data entry, data verification, QA, or research is advantageous but not mandatory. **Required Education & Certifications:** - High‑school diploma or equivalent minimum. - No specific certifications required; familiarity with data quality tools or SQL preferred.
