Job Description
Job title: Creative Strategist Role Summary: Deliver end-to-end creative strategy and production support for branded audio, video, social, and experiential campaigns within a podcast marketplace. Collaborate with sales, strategy, and client teams to generate innovative ideas, craft pitches, manage production workflows, and ensure accurate delivery of creative assets. Expactations: - Proven creative problem‑solving skills and ability to generate out‑of‑the‑box solutions for brand challenges. - Strong written and verbal communication for aligning clients, podcasters, and internal teams. - Highly organized project manager who can juggle multiple concurrent timelines while maintaining detail orientation. - Collaborative, proactive mindset that thrives in fast‑paced, entrepreneurial environments. Key Responsibilities: - Ideate and develop original concepts for integrated audio/video/social campaigns during pre‑sale; produce pitch decks, one‑pager briefs, and proposals. - Partner with Sales and Strategy to identify opportunities, map budgets, and secure production and talent vendors. - Serve as primary client liaison throughout production, maintaining clear communication, timelines, and deliverable tracking. - Manage podcaster relationships: distribute treatment forms, provide creative direction, enforce brand guidelines, and monitor production progress. - Oversee up to three rounds of feedback between client and podcaster, reviewing drafts, rough cuts, and final assets for creative fidelity. - Coordinate final asset delivery, approvals, and internal post‑mortem reviews to refine processes. - Assist in creating case studies and internal materials to support future sales initiatives. Required Skills: - 3+ years in content, brand strategy, creative strategy, or related field. - Exceptional project management and organizational abilities. - Creative presentation design in Keynote or Google Slides. - Excellent listening and client‑service orientation. - Detail‑oriented communication in emails, decks, and campaign operations. - Resourceful, strategic thinker comfortable operating autonomously. - Willingness to travel as needed. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related discipline; 3+ years relevant experience required. - Preferred: Fluency in Spanish (spoken and written).
