**Job Title** Campaign Manager **Role Summary** Drive the end‑to‑end execution of paid podcast campaigns, serving as the primary point of contact for agencies, clients, and podcasters. Own the transition from booking to delivery, ensuring all commercial assets meet quality and timeline standards, managing daily operations with Ad Operations, and delivering actionable post‑campaign insights. **Expectations** - Deliver all campaigns on time, within budget, and to agreed quality. - Communicate clearly with stakeholders and manage expectations. - Proactively identify and resolve operational bottlenecks. - Mentor junior team members when capacity allows. **Key Responsibilities** 1. **Agency & Client Liaison** – Lead kick‑off calls, status updates, and final delivery conversations. 2. **Podcaster & Talent Partnership** – Brief creators, set and enforce asset timelines, and maintain strong relationships. 3. **Campaign Delivery & Oversight** – Coordinate with Ad Operations for daily setup, monitoring, and performance reporting. 4. **Strategic Problem Solving** – Resolve cross‑functional challenges and affect multiple simultaneous campaigns. 5. **Post‑Campaign Analysis** – Compile and present comprehensive reports with data‑driven insights. 6. **Team Mentorship** – Provide guidance and support to broader UK Activation team when possible. **Required Skills** - Project management and multitasking. - Excellent oral and written communication. - Stakeholder and relationship management. - Problem‑solving and escalation handling. - Ability to analyze performance data and produce reports. - Familiarity with media or creative agency workflows. - Adaptability to fast‑paced, remote environments. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Media, or related field. - Project management certification (PMP, Prince2) or advertising platform certifications (Google Ads, Facebook) is advantageous but not mandatory.
