Job Description
Job Title: Alternant(e) Assistant(e) Commercial(e) – H/F Role Summary Commercial assistant apprentice supporting the sales team in a respiratory diagnostics company. Responsibilities include client follow‑up, quotation handling, CRM maintenance, event coordination, internal process improvement, and basic reporting. Expectations - Proactively contribute to sales pipeline activities and customer relationship management. - Demonstrate strong initiative and a learning mindset while working within an established sales framework. - Manage tasks with autonomy, maintaining high quality and timely delivery. Key Responsibilities - Conduct phone follow‑ups and maintain ongoing contact with existing clients. - Prepare, issue, and track quotes for potential customers. - Keep the CRM updated, entering new leads, qualifying prospects, and logging all interactions. - Assist in planning and executing events such as screenings, trade shows, and conferences. - Provide logistical support and coordination of event resources. - Gather technical questions during interactions, draft internal FAQ content. - Offer suggestions for refining tools and processes to enhance overall efficiency. - Compile and share brief reports summarizing sales activities and event outcomes. Required Skills - Excellent communication and relationship‑building abilities. - Curious, self‑motivated and eager to learn in a healthcare/technology environment. - Highly organized, detail oriented, and capable of working independently. - Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). - Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus. - Basic English proficiency. Required Education & Certifications - Currently enrolled or recently completed a BTS, BUT, Licence Pro, Bachelor, Master, or MBA (any discipline). - Eligibility for an apprenticeship or professionalization contract. ---
