Job Description
Job title: Business Development Support Manager – International Organisations Health (IOH) Segment Role Summary: Support bid delivery for the IOH segment by developing, managing, and delivering winning proposals to international organisations (IGOs, NGOs, governments). Lead end‑to‑end proposal process, coordinate cross‑functional inputs, and ensure compliance and quality to drive commercial success. Expactations: - Deliver time‑bound, high‑quality proposals that meet client requirements and company standards. - Translate complex client needs into clear, persuasive win themes and strategies. - Maintain pipeline visibility and contribute to continuous improvement of bid processes. Key Responsibilities: - Lead proposal intake, planning, drafting, editing, and submission from start to finish. - Create bid delivery plans with milestones, timelines, and role ownership. - Analyse client requirements; work with commercial lead to define win themes and strategies. - Act as liaison among sales, product, clinical, and operations to formulate tailored solutions. - Draft compelling, stakeholder‑specific content supporting commercial targets. - Facilitate stakeholder communication, ensuring transparency and alignment throughout the bid lifecycle. - Organise logistics for internal/external workshops, meetings, and pitch presentations. - Oversee approvals, sign‑offs, and compliance with internal governance. - Manage bid pipeline data; report status and insights to senior stakeholders. Required Skills: - Project management and multi‑priority handling. - Strong stakeholder management and influencing ability. - Excellent written and verbal communication; persuasive proposal writing. - Analytical and organisational skills. - Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). - Fluent in English; French language skills a plus. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Health Administration, or related field. - Relevant experience in proposal management, tender coordination, or commercial support roles preferred.
