**Job Title:** Freelance Sales Back Office Manager (Western Europe Cluster) **Role Summary:** Lead and streamline sales back‑office (SBO) operations across Belgium, Luxembourg, France, and the Netherlands, coordinating with local teams and a shared service center in Poland. Serve as the strategic interface between cluster stakeholders and the regional SBO management, driving process harmonisation, digital initiatives, and continuous improvement to enhance customer satisfaction. **Expectations:** - Maintain seamless information flow and high data quality for cluster sales activities. - Act as a change agent, advancing digitalisation and process excellence. - Deliver measurable performance against KPIs/SLA for end‑to‑end SBO. - Foster strong relationships with regional and local stakeholders in a matrix environment. **Key Responsibilities:** - Champion SBO process harmonisation across the cluster, collaborating with regional and local SBO teams. - Manage national sales processes (pricing, logistics, contracts) and stay updated on local sales strategies and promotions. - Represent the cluster, escalating issues, gathering feedback, and communicating needs to central SBO. - Analyse customer feedback (NPS/CSAT) to identify improvement opportunities. - Ensure effective communication between cluster stakeholders and the regional SBO manager. - Design, implement, and monitor KPIs and SLAs for end‑to‑end SBO. - Support digital initiatives (Tradeplace, B2B Portal, EDI) and ensure high‑quality master data maintenance. - Report performance and improvement actions to the regional Head of SBO. **Required Skills:** - Strong leadership and people‑management capabilities (minimum 3 years experience). - Proven change‑management and process optimisation experience. - Ability to work effectively in a matrix and multicultural environment. - Excellent analytical, structured, and pragmatic mindset. - International project management experience and prioritisation skills. - Willingness to travel monthly within the cluster and to Poland. - Fluent in English, French, and Dutch; strong written and verbal communication. **Required Education & Certifications:** - University degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or related field. - Minimum 5 years of sales operations experience (preferably in sales back‑office/customer service). - Relevant certifications in project management or business process improvement are advantageous.
