Job Description
**Job Title** Salesforce / CRM Architect (ITS Architect III) **Role Summary** Lead the design, architecture, and delivery of enterprise‐grade Salesforce/CRM solutions that enable digital transformation across member, provider, and internal systems. Provide strategic roadmap, integration, security, and governance to align with business goals and regulatory requirements. **Expectations** - Architect scalable, secure, high‑performance CRM solutions following enterprise standards. - Own the CRM architectural blueprint, data models, integration patterns, and system interfaces. - Guide development teams and vendors, ensuring best practices, code quality, and compliance. - Collaborate cross‑functionally to drive roadmap, evaluate vendors, and implement continuous improvement. **Key Responsibilities** - Design and implement Salesforce and related CRM platforms ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture. - Lead integration of Salesforce with data warehouses, member/provider portals, claims payment systems, and other enterprise services. - Define data governance, synchronization, and migration strategies to maintain data quality and consistency. - Establish and enforce CRM development standards, code reviews, release management, and documentation. - Ensure adherence to security policies (HIPAA, enterprise security) and regulatory requirements. - Serve as trusted advisor to business and IT stakeholders on CRM capabilities, limitations, and roadmap planning. - Provide technical leadership to offshore and local vendor teams, offering Salesforce guidance and oversight. - Publish cloud architecture guidelines and promote best practices throughout the organization. **Required Skills** - Proven Salesforce architecture and CRM solution design experience (≥5 years). - Strong knowledge of Apex, Lightning Web Components, declarative tools, and integration patterns. - Experience with cloud-native architecture, data modeling, and enterprise integration. - Familiarity with security frameworks, HIPAA compliance, and data governance. - Vendor management and stakeholder engagement skills. - Ability to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field. - Minimum 8 years of progressive IT experience with cloud architecture (equivalent education + experience acceptable). - Salesforce certifications: Certified Application Architect, Certified System Architect; SAP Certified Technical Architect (CTA) highly desirable. ---
