Job Description: Job Title: Curriculum Specialist Role Summary: Ensure the accuracy, currency, and quality of financial planning curriculum and assessments for certification programs, providing technical support to candidates and delivering webinars. Expectations: Produce up‑to‑date, legislatively compliant content; maintain reliable test bank performance; deliver clear technical guidance; conduct engaging national webinars; identify curriculum gaps and recommend improvements. Key Responsibilities: - Update and review textbook chapters, assessment items, instructor slides, and resource materials. - Analyze multiple‑choice question data in Excel, recommend revisions, and maintain test bank quality. - Respond to candidate queries and post technical clarifications on learning platforms. - Deliver national webinars on financial planning concepts to advisor audiences. - Monitor regulatory and industry changes, conduct competitor analysis, and recommend curriculum enhancements. Required Skills: - CFP, CLU, PFA, or PFP designation. - 3–5 years in financial planning or advisory roles. - Advanced Excel, Word, and PowerPoint proficiency. - Ability to interpret basic statistical analysis of assessment items. - Strong written and verbal communication; attention to detail. - Independent and collaborative work style.
