**Job Title** Enterprise Sales Executive – French Market **Role Summary** Lead enterprise-level sales activities for a payment orchestration platform in France, targeting digital goods, e‑commerce, and B2C internet brands. Drive pipeline creation, product pitching, negotiation, and end‑to‑end onboarding, achieving revenue targets and expanding market presence. **Expectations** - Deliver a qualified pipeline and close deals with Tier‑1 enterprise customers. - Build relationships with C‑suite stakeholders and act as the primary point of contact. - Ensure smooth compliance and technical onboarding of merchants. - Meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets. **Key Responsibilities** 1. Design and execute prospect engagement strategies for cold and warm leads. 2. Manage the full sales cycle: qualification, presentation, proposal, negotiation, and closure. 3. Position the payment orchestration solution, demonstrating value to merchants’ pain points. 4. Advocate product capabilities, answer technical and compliance questions. 5. Coordinate compliance reviews and technical implementation for seamless onboarding. 6. Launch new merchants, track performance metrics, and refine strategies using data analytics. 7. Collaborate cross‑functionally with marketing, product, and support teams. **Required Skills** - 3+ years sales/business development experience in top‑tier fintech or paytech companies (EU). - Fluent in English and French; excellent written and verbal communication. - Strong consultative selling, storytelling, and solution‑oriented approach. - Self‑starter who thrives in fast‑paced environments. - Analytical, organized, and adept at prioritizing complex tasks. - Data‑driven decision making, continuous learning mindset. - Deep understanding of the payments ecosystem: acquiring, processing, fraud prevention, routing, compliance (plus). **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field. - Relevant industry certifications (e.g., Salesforce, SAP, Payments) are a plus but not required.
