**Job Title**: Assistant Commercial / Commercial Assistant **Role Summary**: Support the expansion of a digital‑tech start‑up by prospecting, engaging, and qualifying potential customers within the regional market. Execute outbound campaigns via email, SMS, and phone; set initial meetings with decision‑makers; assist in client meetings; maintain accurate prospect and client data in the CRM; and produce monthly performance dashboards aligned with the 2026 commercial prospecting plan. **Expactations**: - Deliver proactive outreach and lead generation activities. - Contribute to the creation of an automated market‑watch system. - Demonstrate independence, meticulousness, and methodical work habits. - Absorb and apply training on no‑code tools, AI solutions, SaaS CRM, and monitoring systems. **Key Responsibilities**: 1. Monitor market opportunities using automated tracking tools. 2. Contact prospects via email, SMS, and phone to secure initial appointments with decision‑makers. 3. Attend client meetings with project leads and provide support. 4. Update and cleanse prospect/client records within the CRM. 5. Build and maintain monthly KPI dashboards in accordance with the 2026 prospecting plan. 6. Participate in agile training to master no‑code, AI, SaaS CRM, and monitoring solutions. **Required Skills**: - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Proficiency with email, SMS, and phone prospecting workflows. - Ability to manage a CRM system (SaaS preferred). - Data‑driven mindset with experience in dashboard creation. - Familiarity with digital technologies (cybersecurity, web, no‑code, AI). - Self‑starter: autonomous, disciplined, and proactive. **Required Education & Certifications**: - Bachelor’s degree (BAC+3) or equivalent in commercial development, marketing, or related field. - No mandatory certifications required, but familiarity with CRM, no‑code platforms, and AI tools is advantageous. ---
