**Job Title** Lead Analyst **Role Summary** Drive revenue growth and innovation for the banking sector by providing strategic decision support, market sizing, benchmarking, and advanced data analysis. Lead complex modules, present findings to senior executives, and facilitate peer-to-peer discussions within the industry. **Expectations** - Deliver high‑quality, data‑driven insights that influence client strategy. - Own end‑to‑end project delivery, ensuring timely completion and client satisfaction. - Foster continuous learning and internal progression through rapid business knowledge accumulation. **Key Responsibilities** - Independently design and execute complex data analysis and market size estimation modules. - Lead client and internal meetings, presenting analyses to C‑level executives. - Communicate findings through dashboards, reports, and visualizations. - Coordinate with colleagues to maintain high programme participation and quality. - Support sales efforts, data collection, and programme communication. - Facilitate community forums to share best practices and industry insights. **Required Skills** - Advanced Excel (complex formulas, data triangulation) and PowerPoint. - Strong analytical, rational‑thinking and problem‑solving abilities. - Proficiency in data interrogation, interpretation, and modeling. - Deep understanding of banking terminology and sector dynamics. - Clear, engaging communication; ability to present succinctly and handle challenging client interactions. - Project‑management skills: time‑management, prioritization, and stakeholder reporting. - Ability to manage sensitive data confidentially and maintain attention to detail. - Multi‑tasking under pressure with a collaborative, ownership‑driven mindset. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in an analytical or quantitative field (e.g., Economics, Statistics, Engineering). - Master’s degree in business or related discipline preferred. - Minimum 3+ years experience in market sizing, benchmarking, research, or business analysis, ideally within financial services, consultancy, or market research. - Banking sector experience is highly desirable.
