**Job Title:** Business Development Executive **Role Summary:** Drive new business growth in the FMCG and warehousing/distribution sectors by prospecting, qualifying leads, and securing revenue-generating contracts. **Expactations:** - Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets. - Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified prospects. - Deliver compelling value propositions to potential clients. - Maintain accurate and timely sales performance data. **Key Responsibilities:** - Identify and research potential accounts in FMCG and warehousing/distribution markets. - Initiate contact, conduct needs assessments, and present tailored solutions. - Prepare and deliver persuasive sales proposals, presentations, and negotiations. - Close deals and secure signed contracts in alignment with company pricing and terms. - Manage the entire sales cycle from lead to closure. - Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (marketing, product, finance) to ensure seamless execution. - Track and analyze sales metrics, reporting progress to senior management. - Stay current on market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments. **Required Skills:** - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Proven sales experience in B2B environments, preferably in FMCG or distribution. - Ability to build rapport and trust with mid‑to‑senior level decision makers. - Negotiation and closing skills. - Strategic thinking and problem‑solving capabilities. - Self‑motivated, goal‑driven, and resilient under pressure. - Proficiency with CRM systems and MS Office. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. - Professional sales or business development certifications (e.g., Certified Professional Sales Person – CPSP, or equivalent) preferred. ---
