**Job Title:** Senior Product Owner **Role Summary:** Owns and drives the vision, roadmap, and delivery of the core platform for retail and logistics, translating operational pain points into prioritized, data‑driven product releases. Works closely with executive leadership, engineering, data science, and customers to create AI‑enabled solutions that deliver measurable supply‑chain value. **Expectations:** - Proven experience in retail or logistics operations and process improvement. - Advanced product ownership skills with demonstrated ability to manage end‑to‑end product life cycle. - Passion for leveraging data and AI to unlock tangible business outcomes. - Ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams and senior stakeholders. **Key Responsibilities:** 1. Shape product vision and strategy, focusing on retail and logistics use cases; translate insights into prioritized roadmap items. 2. Own backlog: write user stories, define acceptance criteria, prioritize by business value, risk, feasibility, and customer impact; coordinate sprint planning and releases. 3. Serve as supply‑chain SME: lead value‑stream mapping, define KPIs (e.g., order cycle time, dock‑to‑stock, inventory accuracy), and articulate value gain/loss across processes. 4. Conduct customer discovery: workshops, interviews, and platform usage observations; capture feedback loops and convert learnings into backlog enhancements. 5. Design AI‑enabled features: collaborate on deterministic and generative AI use cases, ensuring clear value hypotheses, data definitions, and measurable outcomes. 6. Support go‑live and implementation phases: define success criteria, monitor value KPIs, collect deployment insights, and refine product roadmap. **Required Skills:** - Product Management (backlog, roadmap, feature prioritization). - Agile/Scrum facilitation and sprint planning. - Retail and/or logistics supply‑chain operations expertise. - Value‑stream mapping and KPI definition. - Customer‑centric discovery & feedback integration. - Understanding of AI (deterministic and generative) in process contexts. - Strong written & verbal communication. - Stakeholder collaboration and influence. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Supply‑Chain Management, or related field. - Product Management certification (e.g., Certified Scrum Product Owner, Pragmatic Product Management). - (Preferred) Advanced certificate in Supply‑Chain Analytics or AI Product Management.
