Job title: Marketing Associate Role Summary: Dynamic marketing professional supporting growth, brand, product, community, and investor initiatives for a fintech startup. Owns LinkedIn presence, content automation, product launches, community engagement, and investor communications – delivering measurable impact and learning cross‑functional marketing skills. Expactations: - Take full ownership of marketing tasks from day one - Deliver results with clear, proactive communication - Balance creative content creation with operational excellence - Learn and adapt quickly to new tools and processes - Ensure content, events, and investor updates are executed on schedule Key Responsibilities: - Manage and grow the company LinkedIn page and repurpose founder content to boost lead generation. - Create, schedule, and maintain content calendars, campaigns, and website updates. - Develop product marketing assets, draft product updates, and coordinate product launches. - Grow the CFO database, handle event invitations, follow‑ups, and logistics. - Draft investor update outlines, maintain investor CRM, and produce newsletters and reports. - Analyze weekly metrics and report campaign performance. Required Skills: - Strong written and verbal communication. - Proficiency with social media management (LinkedIn), content tools, and basic web CMS. - Project management and organization skills. - Ability to switch between creative and operational tasks. - Resourceful and comfortable with new marketing tools. - Collaborative mindset for cross‑functional work.
