Job Title: Account Executive Role Summary: SaaS enterprise sales professional responsible for end‑to‑end commercial process, driving new revenue in the consumer packaged goods industry. Must prospect, qualify, close high‑value deals with Fortune 500 clients, manage pilot deployments, and expand existing accounts. Expectations: • Consistently exceed quota in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment. • Handle long sales cycles (>6 months) with enterprise ACVs >$100 k. • Engage C‑suite and cross‑functional stakeholders at global enterprises. • Rapidly master product, industry, and customer personas. Key Responsibilities: 1. Prospect, qualify, and close new business across the full commercial funnel. 2. Manage land‑and‑expand opportunities, supporting pilot implementation and expansion. 3. Communicate persuasively via email, virtual, and in‑person meetings with C‑suite decision makers. 4. Collaborate internally with product, marketing, and delivery teams to ensure customer success and avoid silos. 5. Grow the sales playbook and capture insights for global expansion, training teammates. 6. Explore new market segments, geographies, partnerships, pricing, and offerings. 7. Maintain CRM (Salesforce) hygiene, prepare complex deal documents, and drive deals to close. Required Skills: • 5+ years enterprise SaaS sales experience, exceeding quota consistently. • Proven ability to sell complex applications with long cycles to Fortune 500 companies. • Deep experience selling to Food & Beverage / Consumer Packaged Goods sectors. • Strong cross‑functional stakeholder management (technical & non‑technical). • Start‑up mindset: adaptability, resourcefulness, strategic thinking. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. • Proficiency in Salesforce and sales enablement tools. Required Education & Certifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field. • Relevant sales certifications (e.g., Sandler, CSM) preferred but not mandatory.
