**Job Title**
ERP Migration Project Manager / Methods Engineer (F/H)
**Role Summary**
Lead the planning, execution, and validation of an ERP/CRM/SAV migration for a multinational industrial group. Act as the single point of contact between business users, IT, and external vendors, ensuring requirements are accurately captured, translated into functional specifications, and delivered on time and within scope.
**Expectations**
- Own end‑to‑end project lifecycle from analysis to post‑go‑live support.
- Deliver clear, structured documentation and maintain rigorous project governance.
- Communicate progress, risks, and decisions to senior stakeholders.
- Foster collaboration between heterogeneous teams (commercial, technical, maintenance, marketing, procurement).
**Key Responsibilities**
- Analyse existing legacy systems (SAV, ERP, CRM, planning tools).
- Elicit, challenge, and validate business needs through workshops and field visits.
- Draft the Project Brief (Cahier des Charges) and convert needs into functional specifications for IT and vendors.
- Prioritise module requirements and coordinate with the POA/POI interface.
- Oversee development, configuration, and solution‑validation activities.
- Design and execute functional testing and user acceptance sessions.
- Coordinate deployment of new modules (supplier orders, quotes, contracts, planning).
- Provide change‑management support and conduct adoption sessions.
- Lead status meetings, prepare executive dashboards, and report risks and mitigation actions.
**Required Skills**
- Proven project management experience with ERP/CRM implementations in industry.
- Strong requirement‑gathering competence and workshop facilitation.
- Ability to translate business needs into clear functional specifications.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; adept at stakeholder engagement.
- Solid grasp of industrial operation triggers (service, maintenance, sales, procurement).
- Familiarity with at least one major ERP platform and CRM solutions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Organizational rigor, analytical thinking, and a supportive, collaborative attitude.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Master’s level (Bac+5) in Industrial Engineering, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years managing ERP/CRM or similar B2B systems projects in an industrial context.
- Professional certifications (PMP, Prince2, or equivalent) are a plus but not mandatory.
