**Job title** Regional Sales Director – UK, Ireland & EU **Role Summary** Lead the market entry, build a high‑performing sales organization, and drive enterprise adoption of a Governance, Risk & Compliance platform across the United Kingdom, Ireland, and the European Union. **Expectations** - Establish a robust regional sales pipeline and achieve revenue targets. - Close complex, high‑value B2B transactions (>$100 k contracts). - Develop and scale distributor and systems‑integrator partnerships. - Influence product‑market fit and global go‑to‑market strategy. **Key Responsibilities** - Draft and execute market‑entry and growth strategy for UK, Ireland, and EU. - Identify and target high‑potential verticals (BFSI, government, telecom, tech, energy). - Lead direct enterprise sales engagements with C‑suite and board‑level stakeholders. - Manage proposal creation, contract negotiations, and deal closure. - Build channel strategy, onboard major distributors and systems integrators. - Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and partner forums. - Own regional P&L, forecast, and operational KPIs. **Required Skills** - Minimum 7 years enterprise software sales experience in UK/Ireland/EU markets. - Proven success closing >$100 k contracts and scaling sales pipelines. - Deep understanding of UK, Ireland, EU regulatory and procurement landscapes. - Knowledge of cybersecurity, GRC frameworks (GDPR, NIS2), and sector‑specific compliance. - Strong negotiation, proposal, and contract skills. - Ability to build and maintain C‑level relationships and channel networks. - Strategic thinking, business acumen, and independent decision‑making in a fast‑growth environment. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience). - Professional certifications such as PMP, CISSP, CISM, or equivalent are preferred.
