Job title: Commercial Excellence Consultant Role Summary: Lead the implementation and adoption of an AI‑driven sales platform to transition large enterprise sales teams from administrative “busy work” to Solution Selling. Act as a strategic bridge between clients, Sales Enablement, Commercial Excellence leaders, and product engineering, ensuring the platform aligns with business objectives and informs future roadmap. Expectations: 3‑5 years of Commercial Excellence, Sales Operations, or Management Consulting experience; fluency in Dutch & English (French a plus); proven ability to translate sales methodologies into practical, scalable processes; hands‑on approach to change management and tool adoption. Key Responsibilities: - Design and execute deployment plans for the AI platform in enterprise environments. - Partner with Sales Enablement and Commercial Excellence leads to define objectives, success metrics, and playbooks. - Coach and coach sales teams on Solution Selling, AI‑assisted preparation, and insight extraction. - Monitor adoption and conduct root‑cause analysis for barriers (technical or change‑management). - Capture client feedback and relay actionable insights to product teams to shape roadmap. - Develop and maintain implementation documentation, best‑practice guides, and training materials. - Facilitate cross‑functional workshops and knowledge transfer sessions. Required Skills: - Deep understanding of Solution Selling principles and sales methodology translation. - Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with a focus on process improvement. - Expertise in change management, user adoption, and stakeholder engagement. - Excellent communication and presentation abilities in Dutch and English; French advantages. - Ability to work under ambiguity, prioritize tasks, and deliver actionable outcomes. - Experience with AI or productivity tools in a sales context beneficial.
