Job Description
Job Title: Office Coordinator Role Summary: Freelance remote Office Coordinator responsible for daily administrative coordination, internal operations support, document management, HR assistance, financial documentation preparation, and liaison with accounting partners to ensure smooth internal processes. Expactations: * Deliver accurate and timely administrative support to senior management. * Maintain organized records and filing systems. * Communicate professionally with internal teams and external partners. * Demonstrate autonomy, precision, and strong organizational discipline. Key Responsibilities: - Manage and update company documents, files, and databases. - Track and follow up on internal dossiers and administrative tasks. - Prepare and compile financial and operational information for external stakeholders and accounting firm. - Assist HR with recruitment documentation and basic process support. - Verify accuracy of administrative outputs and ensure compliance with internal procedures. - Facilitate day‑to‑day operational coordination for the organization. Required Skills: - Strong administrative and document management abilities. - Professional communication skills in written and verbal form. - Basic understanding of finance, accounting, or cash‑flow monitoring. - Familiarity with HR processes or recruitment (advantage). - Excellent organizational sense, rigor, precision, and self‑directed work ethic. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace suites. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree (Bac+4) or Master’s (Bac+5) in Administration, Management, Finance, or a comparable field. - Prior experience or internship in administration, coordination, or back‑office functions is preferred.
