**Job Title:** Senior Full Stack Developer
**Role Summary:**
Deliver scalable SaaS solutions that combine backend APIs, vector search pipelines, and front‑end UIs to enable AI‑driven design review. Own end‑to‑end feature development, from integrating large language models (LLMs) and ML services to crafting intuitive user experiences for global engineering teams.
**Expactations:**
- 5+ years of full‑stack development in distributed or SaaS environments.
- Proven ability to ship production‑ready, LLM‑powered features and maintain system reliability at scale.
- Strong collaboration with product, design, and cross‑functional teams; mentor peers through code reviews and design sessions.
- Continuous improvement of performance, observability, and best practices across the stack.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Build and maintain user‑facing features and APIs that embed LLMs and ML capabilities.
- Design and scale backend systems for vector search, agent workflows, and human‑AI collaboration.
- Collaborate with product and design to create intuitive, intelligent UIs.
- Prototype, prompt, and evaluate LLM solutions using OpenAI, Anthropic, Hugging Face, etc.
- Mentor teammates in coding standards, design patterns, and debugging.
- Contribute to technical direction, best practices, and system observability.
- Measure and optimize performance, reliability, and scalability.
**Required Skills:**
- **Backend:** Python (+ libraries: PyTorch, Hugging Face, Scikit‑Learn, pydantic‑ai), REST/GraphQL APIs, SQLAlchemy, vector databases (OpenSearch, Pinecone, FAISS), relational (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and NoSQL (DynamoDB), cloud ML services (SageMaker, Bedrock).
- **Frontend:** React, TypeScript, Webpack/Vite, npm, ESLint, UX pattern implementation.
- **Testing:** Unit, integration, E2E (Cypress/Playwright).
- **Development Practices:** Git workflow, test‑driven development, CI/CD, observability tools (DataDog, Retool).
- **AI/ML:** Prompt engineering, LLM API integration, agent workflow design.
- Strong problem‑solving, communication, and collaborative mindset.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience. No specific certifications required.
