Owns feature lifecycles from concept to production, collaborating with Product, Design, and cross‑functional teams. Expectations: Deliver production‑ready code in a fast‑moving environment, balancing velocity and quality, with strong ownership of technical architecture, security, observability, and maintainability. Key Responsibilities: - Design, implement, and ship end‑to‑end customer‑facing features using Go, Node.js (or similar) for backend APIs and React/TypeScript for frontend UI. - Translate product requirements into performant, maintainable code. - Write comprehensive tests, perform code reviews, and uphold code quality standards. - Identify and remediate production incidents, ensuring high reliability and good user experience. - Contribute to architectural decisions and scalability plans for the platform. - Work with SRE, Security, and Feature Delivery Engineering to guarantee secure, observable, and resilient releases. - Document patterns, frameworks, and best practices to improve developer experience. Required Skills: - 3+ years of professional software development experience. - Proficient in modern frontend framework (React, TypeScript) and backend language (Go, Node.js). - API design experience, including REST and gRPC. - Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP) and CI/CD pipelines. - Strong debugging, testing, and code review skills. - Excellent communication and collaborative mindset. Optional/Extra Credit: - Experience building data‑rich SaaS admin consoles. - Observability tooling (metrics, logs, tracing). - Identity/security concepts (authentication, access management). - Design system or component library contributions. - Startup or high‑growth scale environment exposure.
