Collaborate across Marketing, People & Culture, and Commercial to shape Prima’s brand voice, support campaigns, refine email strategy, refresh web copy, and analyze content performance. **Expactations:** - Deliver clear, warm, engaging copy that aligns with brand guidelines. - Turn data insights into actionable content strategies. - Manage multi‑channel campaigns and maintain consistent voice across touchpoints. - Keep website content current, perform SEO optimizations, and optionally manage PPC copy. - Collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams. **Key Responsibilities:** - Write, edit, and proofread all marketing and internal communications. - Create compelling blog posts, email newsletters, and campaign collateral. - Refresh website copy; collaborate with web team on SEO and content structure. - Analyze engagement metrics (open rates, CTR, SEO rankings) and report insights. - Coordinate with Marketing, People & Culture, and Commercial teams to align content with strategic objectives. - Contribute to content calendars and project timelines. **Required Skills:** - Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading abilities. - Strong storytelling with a warm, conversational tone. - Proficiency in data analysis, turning metrics into content insights. - Knowledge of SEO best practices; experience with content management systems (e.g., CMS, HubSpot). - Comfortable with multi‑channel content planning (email, web, internal comms). - Excellent collaboration and project management skills. - Adaptability to fast‑paced, creative environments. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field. - Preferred: Certifications in digital marketing, content strategy, or SEO.
