Développer notre catalogue d’ouvrages diffusés et distribués pour accroître notre performance. Job Description

**Job Title** AI Support and Development Intern (M/F) **Role Summary** Assist in the digital transformation of a publishing organization by evaluating, developing, and deploying AI‑enabled solutions to meet business needs. Work closely with business teams and senior management to translate IT requirements into practical prototypes and automation tools. **Expectations** - Deliver quick, functional prototypes that validate business requirements. - Support end‑users in adopting new AI and office tools. - Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of emerging AI technologies. - Communicate clearly with non‑technical stakeholders. **Key Responsibilities** - Conduct needs assessments with business units to identify IT and AI opportunities. - Analyze business problems and determine suitability of AI/ML approaches. - Prioritize projects, distinguishing strategic initiatives from routine needs. - Build simple prototypes to demonstrate solution feasibility. - Develop lightweight automation scripts or applications to streamline routine tasks. - Train users on tools such as Copilot, Microsoft Planner, Excel, etc. - Recommend and integrate appropriate existing solutions when feasible. - Provide onsite technical support and troubleshoot issues. - Perform continuous monitoring of AI and related technologies. **Required Skills** - Strong programming in Python and C#. - Familiarity with development environments (VS Code, Jupyter, etc.). - Basic understanding of AI/ML concepts and tools. - Excellent verbal and written communication with non‑technical audiences. - Self‑motivated, autonomous, and accountable. **Required Education & Certifications** - Current student in an engineering or computer science degree program (or equivalent). - No specific professional certifications required, but knowledge of AI frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch) is a plus.
