Key Responsibilities: • Design, develop, and maintain Python‑based code for MDM, SIEM, SOAR, XDR, identity, and ITSM integrations. • Build and document RESTful APIs, SDKs, and reference integrations for customers. • Architect scalable, fault‑tolerant integration frameworks, including webhooks, event syncs, and data pipelines. • Develop monitoring, error‑handling, and observability solutions for integrations at scale. • Create reusable patterns and tooling to accelerate future partnerships. • Write internal and public developer documentation, guides, and API references. • Ensure security and compliance by implementing identity, access control, and data privacy best practices. • Engage with customers’ technical teams to troubleshoot, validate, and optimize deployments in staging and production.
Required Skills: • 4+ years in integration, solutions, or API engineering. • Strong Python development and RESTful API design (JSON, OAuth2, JWT, API keys). • Experience with Postman or similar API testing tools. • Proven integration with MDMs, SIEMs, SOAR, XDR, identity/SSO, and ITSM platforms. • Deep understanding of enterprise authentication (SCIM, SAML, OIDC) and provisioning workflows. • Ability to interpret vendor API documentation and produce robust data exchange solutions. • Excellent debugging, documentation, and cross‑functional collaboration.
Required Education & Certifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent professional experience). • No mandatory certifications required.
