Job title: Senior Software Engineer, AI/ML
Role Summary: Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain a high‑performance data streaming engine that integrates AI/ML components for real‑time analytics, anomaly detection, and predictive modeling. Lead complex engineering projects, mentor junior staff, and collaborate with product, data science, and cross‑functional teams to deliver scalable, reliable, and optimized streaming solutions.

- Deliver end‑to‑end engineering solutions on time with high code quality.
- Demonstrate strong leadership and mentorship within a distributed team.
- Communicate technical concepts to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Architect and build scalable, fault‑tolerant data streaming pipelines with AI integration.
- Integrate and deploy AI models (TensorFlow, PyTorch, LLM APIs) into production pipelines.
- Collaborate with data scientists to develop and operationalize AI‑driven features.
- Lead projects from inception through delivery, ensuring scope, schedule, and quality.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster technical growth.
- Analyze system performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement optimizations.
- Develop automation tools for monitoring, troubleshooting, and platform reliability.
- Prioritize technical requirements in partnership with product stakeholders.
Required Skills:
- 4+ years of professional experience building AI/ML solutions in real‑time data processing environments.
- Proficient with AI frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and model deployment/management pipelines.
- Deep understanding of distributed systems, streaming architectures, and concurrent programming.
- Strong coding abilities in languages such as Go, Java, Python, or Scala.
- Experience with cloud data platforms (Kafka, Kinesis, Pulsar) and stream processing engines (Flink, Spark Structured Streaming).
- Excellent verbal and written communication, teamwork, and collaborative problem‑solving.
- Ability to lead technical projects and mentor junior engineers.
Required Education & Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
- Relevant certifications in AI/ML, cloud platforms, or distributed systems are advantageous.
