Job Description
**Job Title:** IT Infrastructure Developer **Role Summary:** Design, deploy, secure, and optimize Microsoft 365 and Azure environments to support Finance, Business Operations, HR, and innovation functions. Drive automation, integration, and process improvement across cloud resources, providing scalable IT operations and escalating complex issues. **Expectations:** - Deliver reliable, cost-effective cloud infrastructure with strong security posture. - Automate provisioning, user lifecycle, and routine workflows to reduce manual effort. - Integrate diverse business systems (ERP, HR, finance) with Azure services. - Ensure audit readiness and compliance for financial data handling. **Key Responsibilities:** - Manage Azure resources – networking, storage, identity (Entra ID), and Intune device compliance. - Administer Microsoft 365 services (Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive). - Build, deploy, and maintain IaC (ARM, Terraform, Bicep) and automation (PowerShell, Python, Power Automate). - Monitor cloud usage, optimize performance, and control costs. - Design and implement security policies (MFA, conditional access, least‑privilege) and conduct periodic audits. - Lead integration projects – connect Kantata, Business Central, Navan, ADP, and other systems with Azure/SaaS platforms. - Serve as escalation point for complex incidents and maintain comprehensive documentation. - Collaborate with business units to model processes, validate data accuracy, and remove manual tasks. - Evaluate emerging technologies for efficiency gains and scalability. - Support continuity by covering IT Director functions as needed. **Required Skills:** - Strong scripting in PowerShell; proficiency with Azure CLI, Azure PowerShell. - Experience with IaC tools—Terraform, Bicep, or ARM templates. - Python scripting for API and automation workflows. - Deep understanding of Microsoft 365 administration (Exchange, Teams, SharePoint). - Expertise in Azure Active Directory (Entra ID) and Intune device management. - Cloud cost optimization and monitoring best practices. - Security fundamentals: MFA, conditional access, device compliance, least‑privilege access. - Integration skills – API, Power Automate, and experience with ERP/HR systems. - Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and documentation abilities. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. - Microsoft certifications preferred: - Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate - Microsoft Certified: Azure Automation Engineer Associate - Microsoft Certified: PowerShell Fundamentals - Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate (optional)
