Job Description
**Job Title:** FP&A Analyst **Role Summary:** Support the Head of FP&A and Finance Business Partners in delivering accurate financial insight, forecasting, and performance analysis to inform senior‑level commercial decisions, cash‑flow management, and ROI evaluation across the Group. **Expectations:** - Produce timely, accurate management information and forecasts. - Provide clear, data‑driven insights for senior leadership. - Maintain data integrity across reports and presentations. - Demonstrate progressive ownership of complex financial analyses. **Key Responsibilities:** - Prepare and maintain Group Management Information (MI) reports. - Assist with forecasting, Annual Operating Plan, and strategic planning processes. - Partner with Global Marketing to drive cost control and ROI decisions. - Develop and update financial models for scenario and business planning. - Support P&L reporting, cash‑flow, working capital tracking, and balance‑sheet analysis. - Identify drivers of cash and working‑capital performance and flag risks/opportunities. - Contribute to ROI frameworks for category performance, new product development, marketing spend, Capex, and other business cases. - Conduct investment prioritisation analysis and post‑investment reviews. - Aid the Head of FP&A with goodwill analysis, restatements, and related reporting. - Collaborate with Finance Business Partners and functional teams to craft consistent commercial narratives for senior leadership. **Required Skills:** - Strong financial modelling and advanced Excel proficiency. - Analytical mindset with high attention to detail. - Ability to translate complex data into concise, actionable insights. - Excellent written and verbal communication; confident stakeholder engagement. - Proactive, curious, and adaptable in a fast‑moving environment. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Part‑qualified or newly qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) or equivalent finance experience.
